USGS 7.5' Map: Gerry Mountain

Oregon Map Starting Point: Post

Upon reaching Buck Creek Road (see Pickett Canyon exploration), go south 1.5 miles to a dirt road to the southwest (you're driving northeast). Park. The summit is 4.5 miles south at elevation 5392T. Follow the ex-unimproved road, which turns into an ex-four-wheel-drive trail, which peters out. Continue cross-country. The thick juniper and rolling terrain are a good test of your orientation skills.

Return as you came.
